Ziwei Xu
Principal Investigator, Academic Director of the Autism

Dr. Xu has been involved in the design and instruction of the
Online Autism-Focused Professional Development Program at Tsinghua
University, and overseeing the inter-diciplinary research and
development platform which aims to close the gap between research
and practice in autism-related services. As the Co-founder and
Director of Research and Development at INGCare, she provides
clinical supervision and professional training for center-based
intervention programs. Meanwhile, she plays an essential role in
designing and marketing behavioral healthcare software solutions
such as VB-MAPP (a curriculum-based measurement tool), AI-based
Autism Screening and Diagnosis System, Digital Healthcare
Management Platform, and etc. Dr. Xu promotes solutions to
full-scale ASD screening, diagnosis, assessment, and treatment via
digital treatment and digital health.

Dr. Chen studied mental disorders in children and adolescents at
Capital Medical University, under the supervision of Prof. Yi
Zheng, and received her PH.D. degree. The author of numerous
articles published in core journals such as Chinese Mental Health
Journal, The Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, and The
Journal of Capital Medical University, Dr. Chen has focused her
research on the diagnosis and treatment for children with
neurodevelopmental disorders and affective disorders. She has also
co-compiled popular science books, such as The Treatment and
Management of Depression, Children’s Mental Heath Series and etc.
Clinically, Dr. Chen sees more than 6000 patients and admits about
100 patients per year. She has extensive clinical experience
working in diagnosing and treating mental disorders. As part of
the research team, Dr.Chen has led several clinical studies, and
she was also involved in China’s national projects titled ‘Key
Projects in the National Science & Technology Pillar Program
during the Twelfth Five-year Plan Period’ and “the China National
Key R&D Program during the 13th Five-year Plan Period”.
Zhen Wang Chief Clinical Director

As INGcare’s Chief Clinical Director, Mr.Wang has specialized in
the treatment of individual with autism spectrum disorder for over
18 years. He provides clinical initiatives, clinical oversight,
support and training for all of INGcare’s centers. His
responsibilities included setting standards for clinical practice,
designing and building framework of intervention programs. Mr.Wang
also works with the research team to develop and design EIS
three-stage inclusion system and Openk Digital Healthcare
Management Platform.
Yi Wei Director of Education

Prior to joining INGcare, Ms. Wei has extensive experience worked
in autism treatment institutes in the United States, designing and
implementing academic and behavioral interventions for children
with autism. And she also worked in K-12 education system in the
United States. Ms.Wei is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA). Her clinical expertise includes developing Individualized
Education Plan(IEP) and providing professional training. She does
presentations and lectures in INGcare service locations. Ms. Wei
also works with the research team to develop and design Augmented
reality-based Social Learning environment system.

Ms. Li, BCBA, is Senior Clinical Director at INGcare service south
location. Her responsibilities included developing, implementing,
and leading clinical initiatives as well as overseeing clinical
procedures and interventions and providing consultation and
training to clinical staff and parents. She also works with the
research team to update Staff Training System module in Openk
Digital Healthcare Management Platform.

Ms. Lee, BCBA, is clinical director at INGcare Jing'an Centre. In
this capacity, she is responsible for the development of
homeschool individualized education plan (IEP) to promote children
to have a smooth integration in the social life of the school. She
also has supervision of clinical procedures and interventions,
implementation of professional training to therapists and
families. In addition, Ms. Lee provides school-based behavior
assessment to children and behavioral consultation to schools. She
also works with the research team to update Staff Training System
module in Openk Digital Healthcare Management Platform.
Weizhi Wu Clinical Director,IDEA Park

Ms. Wu, BCBA, is clinical director at INGcare IDEA Park. In this
capacity, she oversees the implementation of clinical procedures
and interventions. Ms.Wu also works with the research team to
develop and design Augmented reality-based Social Learning
environment system. In addition, she is contributing to the
development of transition programs from kindergarten to primary
school and the upgrade of Openk Digital Healthcare Management
Platform.

Ms. Yi joined INGcare in 2020 and is responsible for the
development of digital comprehensive skill-based assessment system
for children with developmental disorders(0-6 years), as well as
designing framework for age-appropriate transition assessment and
vocational skill training program. She also participates in the
upgrade of IEP module in VB-MAPP (a curriculum-based measurement
tool), and the design of motor skills assessment module in Openk
Digital Healthcare Management Platform.

Autism Screening and Diagnosis System.
Shuhang Zheng Research Fellow

Ms. Zheng joined INGcare in 2021 and is responsible for the
development and promotion of educational content in Augmented
reality-based Social Learning environment system, the design and
promotion of short video for "Autism Care Project" in TikTok, and
the development of ‘home-based interventions’ training courses.
She plays an role in designing telehealth and progress monitoring
module in Openk Digital Healthcare Management Platform.
Yao Liu Research Fellow

Ms. Liu joined INGcare in 2021 and is responsible for the
development and design of Staff Training System module in Openk
Digital Healthcare Management Platform. She plays an role in the
upgrade of IEP module in VB-MAPP (a curriculum-based measurement
tool), designing and developing AI-based Autism Screening and
Diagnosis System, and the development of content in Paediatric
Autism Behavior Therapist Certificate Training program.
lijin Su Senior Research Fellow

Ms.Su joined INGcare in 2021 and is responsible for the
preparation, development and design of Paediatric Autism Behavior
Therapist Certificate Training program, the development and
promotion of educational toys and learning aids, as well as the
development of related courses.
Kaiwen Zhu Senior Research Fellow

Mr. Zhu joined INGcare in 2019, and is responsible for the
development of Augmented reality-based Social Learning environment
system, Augmented reality-based Social Emotional Learning System,
data collection and progress monitoring module for Occupational
Therapy Services and telehealth and progress monitoring module in
Openk Digital Healthcare Management Platform. In addition, he also
develops real-time clinical decision support and center-based
monitoring and evaluation system, and investigated the needs for
post-training of autism practitioners.
