1.Pre-job training: More than 3 years of systematic polishing, nearly 20 periods of pre-job training for new teachers. While continuing to demonstrate, IngCare has accumulated a lot of experience and materials, and this set of "IDEA Special Education Basic Theory Course" was born. Breaking the characteristics of heavy skills and strong knowledge independence of conventional training, "IDEA Special Education Basic Theory Course" starts from basic theory and focuses on the connection between skills. The stepped course helps teachers obtain systematic and holistic growth. This set of courses is divided into 5 chapters, 15 sessions, 57 subsections, and the class time is as long as 19 hours. The theory, cases and practical videos are combined to provide teachers with more adaptable teaching skills based on the characteristics and needs of multiple different children.

Job Responsibilities: The number of families served by each educational administrator will not exceed 60. (I) Operations Management Type of Work 1.Handle all day-to-day operations of the campus, including customer management and maintenance. 2.Coordinate customer, school district and teacher relations. 3.Regular online parent-teacher conferences are held to introduce educational achievements, publicize educational methods and listen to parents' opinions. 4.Coordinate and complete teaching and academic related affairs to ensure stability and quality of education. 5.Assist supervisors in meeting the revenue targets set by the company for the school district. 6.Environmental management of the campus and the tracking of equipment maintenance. 7.Carry out effective marketing activities in accordance with market changes and supervisor’s requirements; propose marketing strategies based on experience. 8. Complete other work arranged by the company temporarily. (II) Team building and personnel management 1.Explaining the rules and regulations, holding regular meetings, and checking the implementation of the work to ensure the normal and orderly operation of the campus. 2.Responsible for the promotion and evaluation of teachers' work, and positive guidance to help subordinates improve efficiency. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree or above, preschool education major, marketing management major is preferred. 2.Two years of management experience, preferably in an early childhood center or kindergarten educational institution. 3.Strong organizational, planning, control, coordination, interpersonal and negotiation skills to lead a team to work efficiently. 4.Optimistic, positive attitude, good stress resistance and a high degree of professionalism. 5.
